3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility Window
We accept returns initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must meet the conditions below.
2. Hygiene and Condition (Strictly Enforced)
- Beauty/Skincare Products: Only items that are unused, unopened, and sealed in their original packaging are eligible for return. Opened, used, or tested products cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
- Bags/Jewellery: Must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via email at sahaglamore@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our team to issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Package the item securely and ship it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
